WHY DOES A MOVIE SOMETIMES KEEP BUFFERING DURING PLAYBACK?
Buffering might occur due to low internet speed or high traffic. If buffering persists, press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and then resume.
MY PLAYLIST IS NO LONGER LOADING/WORKING. WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE?
If your playlist is not functioning, please raise a ticket in your client area , for our support team to check for potential IP blocks, which will be unblocked if necessary.
I ENCOUNTER BUFFERING ISSUES WITH CHANNELS .WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE?
First, check your internet connection or router and restart if necessary. Verify the device settings where you use your subscription. If issues persist, it may be due to your ISP blocking IPTV traffic. Consider testing with alternative ISP connections.
